About Monte Carlo Prestige
VINIFICATION
FOOD PAIRING
The Monte Carlo Prestige cuvée pairs perfectly with bold and aromatic dishes. It enhances meals such as:
• Thai curry with shrimp
• Ginger-marinated chicken skewers
• Seafood paella
• Couscous or tagine with mild spices. It also pairs wonderfully with an Iberian charcuterie board or a matured goat cheese, revealing its ability to elevate complex and savoury flavours.
TERROIR
The Monte Carlo Prestige cuvée is the result of vines planted in the heart of the Var, where the Mediterranean climate stands out with its generous sunshine and significant temperature variations between day and night. This clay-limestone terroir, bathed in light and cooled by the fresh gusts of the Mistral wind, provides ideal conditions for the maturation of the grapes.
This unique combination ensures optimal concentration of aromas while preserving the freshness and liveliness that are characteristic of the great wines of the region. An exceptional terroir that gives this rosé its structure, elegance, and complexity.
AGEING & SERVING
To fully appreciate the aromatic richness and structure of this cuvée, it is recommended to serve it between 10 and 12°C (50–53.5°F). Enjoy it today to savour its freshness and vibrant aromas, or cellar it for 2 to 3 years to explore its evolution and discover more subtle and complex nuances.
GRAPES
• Grenache (40%): Adds generosity and alcohol richness to the wine, while revealing intense aromas of ripe red fruits. Its roundness and fullness on the palate form the foundation of this cuvée.
• Mourvèdre (40%): Provides the Monte Carlo Prestige cuvée with a solid structure and depth, accompanied by fine tannins and lightly peppery, spicy aromas.
• Cinsault (20%): Balances the overall blend with its freshness and delicate floral notes. By softening the power of Grenache and Mourvèdre, it brings finesse and elegance to the wine, creating a perfect harmony.
