About Monte Carlo Blush

VINIFICATION

Each grape variety is vinified separately to express its full character. After a direct press immediately following harvest, the juices are fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks to protect the primary aromas. This meticulous winemaking process enhances the wine’s intense and indulgent aromatic profile, highlighted by subtle amyl notes, the hallmark of the Blush style.

FOOD PAIRING

Versatile and charming, Monte Carlo Blush shines across a variety of occasions:

• As an apéritif to kick off the celebration

• Paired with salmon toasts, sushi, or marinated shrimp

• Alongside a summer salad, an assortment of tapas, or a savoury tart with sun-ripened vegetables.

A wine that elevates both casual gatherings and refined dining moments.

TERROIR

Sourced from clay-limestone soils in the Luberon, within the IGP Méditerranée classification, Monte Carlo Blush benefits from an exceptional environment: generous sunshine, the invigorating Mistral wind, and moderate altitude give the grapes optimal ripeness while preserving natural freshness. This unique terroir yields a rosé with the perfect balance between gourmandise and vibrancy.

AGEING & SERVING

Best enjoyed young to appreciate its fresh and aromatic expression fully. Serve well chilled, between 8 °C and 10°C (46–50°F), to reveal its full brightness and charm.

GRAPES

• Caladoc (50 %): Brings suppleness and an irresistible crunchy fruit.
